Margaritaville Nashville’s project developer is Darby Campbell, president of Safe Harbor Development LLC, one of the Southeast’s largest developers, private owners, and operators of marinas. Campbell has developed entertainment and retail venues, mixed-use developments, hotels, restaurants, spas, and more. Safe Harbor Development, with Campbell at the helm, has been responsible for the development of more than $300 million in new and renovated projects.
